Access to and use of the qq444 platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. qq444 is an adults-only platform. No person under the age of 18 is permitted to register, deposit, or engage in any betting or gaming activity on qq444.ws under any circumstances.
• You are registering and using the platform as an individual in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.

Age Verification

Any account that is found, at any point, to be held by a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately. All funds deposited by an underage player will be returned to the originating payment method where technically feasible; any winnings accumulated in the account will be forfeited in full.

Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. qq444 does not impose a maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts in good standing, though individual payment provider limits apply.
• Withdrawal requests submitted to bKash or Nagad are typically dispatched within minutes of approval during standard processing hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day.
• qq444 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player.
• Funds that are subject to active bonus wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements have been met in full.

Bet Acceptance

qq444 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet placed on the platform at its sole discretion. Bets are not confirmed until you receive a bet confirmation reference number. In the event of a technical error during the bet placement process, the bet is void and any funds deducted from your account balance will be returned in full.

Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to clearly incorrect odds, game software malfunction, or data feed disruption — qq444 reserves the right to void affected bets and restore affected account balances to their state prior to the error. A manifest error is defined as an error so obvious that a reasonable person would recognise it as erroneous at the time the bet was placed. qq444 will communicate any such void decisions to affected players promptly.

Cricket Betting Specific Rules

For cricket markets — including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, ICC tournaments, and bilateral series — the following rules apply in addition to the general betting rules:

• Match result markets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (BCB, ICC, BCCI, or equivalent).
• In the event of a match being abandoned or reduced in overs due to weather or other factors, settlement will follow Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method outcomes where applicable, or markets will be voided if no official result is declared.
• Live in-play bet acceptance is subject to real-time data feed availability. qq444 may temporarily suspend live betting during live match interruptions, over breaks, or data feed outages.

Casino Game Rules

Account Closure by Player

You may close your qq444 account at any time by contacting [email protected] with a written request. Upon receiving your closure request, qq444 will process any pending withdrawals of your real-money balance (subject to standard KYC requirements) and close your account within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

Account Suspension or Closure by qq444

qq444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• qq444 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity involving the account.
• The player is found to be under 18 years of age.
• The player is subject to a self-exclusion order and has attempted to circumvent it.
• qq444 is required to do so by a regulatory, legal, or law enforcement authority.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, qq444 may withhold all or part of the account balance pending investigation. Players who disagree with an account closure decision may contact [email protected] to request a formal review.
